What to do when your mind goes into 'what if' mode

This week I had to go to A&E with a member of my family because they’d had an accident.

Initially I felt calm but all of a sudden I felt very hot, had sweaty palms and I could feel my heart racing.

I felt incredibly anxious.

When I realised what thoughts were going through my mind, I did a few things to feel calm again all of which I share in this video.
